Import your Instagram export

Select the posts_1.json file (and any posts_2.json, etc.) from your download.

How to get the export on iPhone
  1. Instagram app → Settings → Accounts Center → Your information and permissions → Download your information.
  2. Request JSON format (not HTML). Instagram emails a link when it's ready.
  3. Download the .zip, open it in the Files app, and tap it to unzip.
  4. Inside the folder, go to your_instagram_activity → media and pick the posts_*.json file(s) above.
